Tangwang Valley is situated in the Linxia Hui Autonomous Region of Gansu Province. The traditional food Steamed Mutton Eaten By Hand was developed after the ancient country Saerta which was in Middle Asia and Western Asia settled in Western part of China. The chose materials are well- chose. Chose goat is killed and cooked in the same day, so the mutton is quite fresh. Then various slices were added into the mutton. Steamed mutton eaten by hand cooked in this way is very delicious and it is quite popular among Linxia area.
