Douhua Noodles is a kind of common snacks of Luotang of Wudu county, Bikou of Wen Xian county, and the south of Kangxian county. After the Reform and Opening up, this kind of snack became very popular. The noodles maybe hand-made white noodles or mixed noodles, then add beancurd and salted vegetable (or potato slices) to it. Douhua Noodles is a kind of cheap but very delicious food.
