RailwayPingliang City is one of the hubs of railway transportation in Gansu Province. In the urban area of Pingliang there are two railway stations, Pingliang Train Station and Pingliang South Train Station where few trains stop and depart. Most of the trains send from Pingliang Train Station, of which Train K432/K431 leave for Lanzhou , Train 1397/1398 leave for Yinchuan, Train 2585/2586 leave for Baoji, etc. Some trains pass by Pingliang such as the air-conditioned ordinary express train L462 from Chengdu to Wulumuqi, and the air-conditioned fast train K360/K361 from Shanghai to Yinchuan.
