The Little Kongdong Mount is surrounded by valleys and is connected with the vast terraced field on the north. It enjoys a pleasing environment and enjoyable climate. It occupies an area of 1.4 km2, that is more than 700 mu. It is recorded that ever since the Ming Dynasty when the emperor Chongzhen reigned there have been worshipers and holy buildings on this mount. The buildings and niches are magnificently and vividly built. Along with these buildings there are also many plants, like pine, cypress, willows and apricots. On March, 3 in the lunar calendar every year a temple fair would bu held in here, which has already been a well known tourist attraction.
