Wild Vegetables, Ganzi

Each year from July to September, Daocheng County will teem with various wild funguses. There are about 57 kinds, including the best selling tricholoma to Japan. You can enjoy it to your heart content here. Besides, there are delicious yangdu fungus and niudu fungus in Daocheng County. Well known dish therefore include Tibetan Chicken cooked with Chinese Caterpillar Fungus, Tibetan Chicken Cooked with caladium, and Tibetan Pork stewed with membranous milk vetch. In addition, Daocheng County produces many rare Chinese traditional medicines, such as Chinese Caterpillar Fungus and caladium. You are suggested to order before hand if you want to have dish cooked with such materials.
