Fried Mutton with Mushroom, Golmud

The cook firstly stirs well the mutton in thin slice with salt, chili, ginger powder and little soy and slices the soaked mushroom, then quickly fries the mutton with oil and then with mushroom, adds some water in which the mushroom was soaked and fries them with slow fire, at last puts several drops of balm in them when the dish is ready.
