Yuechi Rice Noodles

Yuechi rice noodles include dry rice noodles and wet rice noodles. Put the dry rice noodles into a basin and pour some hot water to soften them and add some cool water then use a U-shaped bloom water filter. Put the noodles in the bowl and add bone soup, butter, salt and other seasonings to treat guests. Compared to the dry rice noodles, Yuechi wet rice noodles are more tasty and easy to digest and they are good for all ages. Every early morning people go to “street of a rice noodles” to have wet rice noodles in an endless stream.
