Xiqiao Mountain shows you the historical scenery of Pearl River Delta and Xiqiao Mountain is a splendid jade in south Guangdong Province.
Xiqiao Mountain includes 72 peaks, 36 caves, 207 clear springs, 28 cataracts, 9 scenic areas and two lakes, one on the east and one on the west. All these abstract figures could not describe the beauty and elegance of Xiqiao Mountain. 200 years ago, in Qing Dynasty, “Yunpu Waterfall” was listed as one of “eight famous scenic spots of Guangzhou ”. Xiqiao Mountain is praised to be National Key Tourism Vacationland, National Forest Park and National AAAA-level Scenic Spot in China successively. One poet of Song Dynasty used to write some words about Xiqiao. What happened in his poem just turns to reality that Xiqiao Mountain has already been the most attractive scenic area in Guangdong.

Good
Not many tourists know this place, but it is really worth a visit when you're in the right season. Quan Yin Buddha is ofc. nice to see, but the whole mountain area offers some nice place. Nice caves, waterfalls, peach blossoms, shows, etc.Also a good place to relax.
