      Very friendly front office attendant. Unfortunately I was kept waiting for my room for about 2 hours. But the hotel took the courtesy to upgrad my room for free which makes me feel complimented. After I left, there was an issue with my credit card charges, I e-mailed the hotel and got a reply and solution within 2 days from the duty manager, very efficient after-sales service, which most of the other hotels in China failed in.


      Very nice and clean room. Magnificent garden! Room service was fast and efficient, very friendly and polite attendant.


      Overall a 5 star experience during my stay there. Will definitely visit again.
