Guanlan Lake Golf Club, Shenzhen

This is the biggest golf club in China with the highest level, complete supporting facilities and the greatest influence. In the 1997-1998 annual report of European PGA, 74 golf courts and resorts around the world were officially recommended. Guanlan Lake Golf Club is the only club in China that is listed in that report.

Guanlan Lake Golf Club is located in Guanlan Town of Shenzhen. It is an artwork coming from the vast deserted land. Every golf path in this club has five golf tees which are colored in black, gold, blue, white and red and they respectively fit professional players, advanced amateurs, amateurs, beginners and ladies. The famous World Cup Course, which was designed by the legendary king of golf, Jack Nicklaus, is the sports field of the final of the 41^st Golf World Cup in 1995. It is also the first court for professional games in China approved by American PGA. According to the readers' polls of the world top 10 golf newspaper, the 7^th hole of World Cup Course was selected to be one of the top 500 holes around the world. And it is also one of the top 24 holes in Asia.
