It is also called Zhu Chang Fen and Chang Fen (since Chang Fen now refers to another snack, the local people of Yangjiang has seldom call the steamed vermicelli roll “Chang Fen”). Similar to steamed rice flour roll, it has sesames, bean sprouts, dried small shrimps and egg roll skins wrapped in rice paper. It can be taken either whole or cut into small segments. If it is dipped in special seasoning such as chili sauce, it will taste delicious with fragrance amid saltiness.
