In the past, the Shalan breed chicken of Sanjiao Town is the most famous one in all the chicken breeds of Zhongshan, and its fame is still on. In recent years, a new breed, hybrid Sanhuang chicken has been fostered. This new breed is from the hybrid of Shiqi chicken and good breed foreign chicken, and this new breed chickens are raised in modern farms.
