Urban Transportation of Zhongshan:

Bus Price: 2 yuan for each person

Taxi-meters are used in taxies. The fee is as follow in 10 kilometers;

1.     First class: (including Herzog Brand, Daxin Brand) 10 yuan for the first 3 kilometers (gasoline included), 0.6 yuan would be charged every 250 meters beyond 10 kilometers.

2.      Second class: (Crown Brand, Laurel Brand, Blue Bird Brand, Santana Brand and other brands) 9yuan for the first 3 kilometers, 0.5 yuan would be charged every 250 meters beyond 10 kilometers.

3.      20% of the taxi fee would be added during 22:00 to 05:00.

4.      Taking motorbikes: motorbikes are all around the Zhongshan city and towns. In the urban, you are asked to pay 3 yuan, but you can barging with the drivers. In the rural area, the price is much lower, but it depends on the current situations.

5.      Taking rickshaws: this kind of vehicle is very green and it has become a special culture of Zhiongshan, you can find statues of footman on the Sunwen Pedestrian Street. The price of rickshaw is not high at all, so it is very suitable for short-distance traveling and you may feel a kind of exoticism.
