Xizhuyuan Buddha Temple

It is the biggest Buddha temple built in modern time, namely in 1933. With an area of 10000 square meters, it has six half-timbered architectures, including the Gate Tower, Xizhu Hall, Kwan-yin Hall, Daxiong Palace Hall, Xian g House and so on. In the recent years, it was repaired and maintained in good appearance. In the Daxiong Palace Hall, visitors are presented with Buddha statues like Sakyamuni, Amitabha, Pharmacist, Kwan-yin, the Tibetan Tripitaka of 7173 volumes and other historical relics, such as bronze tripod, bronze bell, bronze light beacon. Dangcheng, the Right Reverend of Liurong Temple in Guangzhou , Juzan, the Right Reverend of Longhua Temple on the Xishan Mountain of Guiping and Dao’an from the Guangxi Buddhism Communion had sermonized here. Thus, the Xizhuyuan Buddha Temple is the place for Buddhism activity
