At the very beginning, only fresh river shrimps or fillets were added into the porridge that had been boiled fully and later much more ingredients including jellyfish, peanuts, and bean curd sheet, shallot, chicken, duck meat, pork meat and the entrails of pig and so on are added, which make the porridge delicious and fresh and well received among the customers.
