People in Yulin call meatball the meat egg. The Yulin meat eggs are made by choosing fresh meat, slicing, beating and putting seasonings like salt and pepper into it. After the grated meat was made into the meatballs, put them into the boiler and boil it until they look white. The meatballs taste tender and delicious without any residues. The meatball is also flexible. If you drop it from a high place, it could bounce up 10-20 centimeters. The meatballs soup and fry meatballs are the regale of any feast.
