Hard liquor of Bijie is thick and fragrant. People make distiller’s yeast with the first-class wheat and brew wine with high-quality Chinese sorghum and natural spring water. The wine is clear and tastes fragrant and strong. The hard liquor obtained the title of "famous wine brand in Guizhou " in 1983. The yearly production is 2,000 tons.
