Ganban Fish, Haidong

 There is a saying that Guide is famous for pears and Xiangtang for melons, while Huangyuan for Ganban fish. It is absolutely true. Qinghai province abounds in Huang fish, which is famous far and near for its fleshy, tender meat and delicious taste.
