Dongjiao Coconut Plantation

Dongjiao Coconut Plantation is located on the coastal area of Dongjiao Town, on the east suburb of Wenchang City. It is a place with fresh air, clean seawater and dense coconut trees. There are a total number of 500 thousands coconut trees in the plantation, of which there are numerous varieties.

Looking from the distance, the coconut trees in a line are quite spectacular. And you can find some wooden cabins under the trees. You can leisurely sit in front of the cabins and enjoy the soft sea breeze. It would be quite a valuable experience for you to enjoy your life.

What's more, inside this scenic area there are tourist wharfs, coastal holiday resorts, natural bathing beach, and seafood restaurants. And the various kinds of water sports and beach sports will add a more intoxicated charm to it.

Walking in the wood of coconut trees is quite impressive. You can walk around in the wood while drinking the cool coconut water. At night, you can accommodate yourself in a holiday resort near the sea, so you may bring yourself a sweat dream with the sound of crashing waves and blowing winds.

How to get there:

There are two buses from Sanya bus station to Wenchang City (07:40 and 12:40). The total distance is about 246 km, taking about three and a half hour to get there. Then take a minibus from the Wenchang Bus station to Qinglan Port. When you are in Qinglan Port, you can take a boat to get to the other coast, and then take a motorbike directly to Dongjiao coconut plantation.
