Fule Restaurant, Haikou

Being a chain restaurant, altogether there are four Fule restaurants in Hainan. The head shop is located on No.19, Guomao Road, Haikou City. Although this restaurant does not pay much attention on improving its inner environment, the food it provides is realty fantastic. That's why the restaurant is not only loved by the local people, but also popular among the visitors from across the country. Besides the local style delicacies, Haikou gathers all kinds of Chinese cuisines, including Cantonese cuisine, Chongqing cuisine and Sichuan cuisine and so on. The most famous dish in the restaurant would be the "Quan Jia Fu (meaning 'the happy family')". The dish is a combination of several kinds of seafood, which tastes quite fresh and delicious. Besides, Dongshan Mutton, one of the four most famous dishes of Hainan is also served in the restaurant. Most importantly, you would be regret if you don't have a taste of the chicken rice in the restaurant. The rice is steamed with the flavorful chicken soup, so it is abundant in fat. If you are worried about putting on weight, don't eat too much of it although you are really missing the flavor, just eat the ordinary rice.
