Night Market, Haikou

The night market located between the east and west gate of Haikou City is the most popular one in Haikou. There are varieties of restaurants and food shops selling different kinds of snacks and famous local dishes. All of the restaurants are on business late into the night. Whenever you are there, you are able to taste some delicious delicacies. However, there are several tips for you to follow when strolling in the night market. First, when some one tends to give you business cards about tourism and airplane ticket booking, don't trust them, it might be a trap; second, don't wear the clothes, which suggest that you are a tourist; third, please conceal your valuables (i.e., jewelry, mobile phones, cash, etc.), ladies should not wear too much jewelries, you might get involved in a robbery, don't walk alone, you'd better go with some friends.
