Di Yi Di Shui Teahouse(or the Teahouse of the First Drop of Water), meaning the Teahouse of the First Drop of Water, is located on Shengtai Plaza (or the Plaza of Ecology) in Anji County, Zhejiang Province. It was open for business in September, 2009, covering a business area of about one thousand square meters. Di Yi Di Shui Teahouse is a picturesque building with courtyard, which is hidden in the flourishing woods and tall bamboo bushes. Although the surroundings are noisy, the atmosphere in the teahouse is quiet and cozy. There is also a corridor where there are some stone tablets on which calligraphy and paintings on the subject of bamboo have been created and carved by many noted calligraphers and painters in China. Di Yi Di Shui Teahouse is carefully designed by professional designers, so that it can combine the practical applicability and beauty, combining business and leisure and classical elegance and modern sense.

Di Yi Di Shui Teahouse owns an ecological tea garden with an area of two hundred mu (about 13.33 hectares). The tea growing in this garden is under the idea of maintaining the ecological diversity. When promoting the white tea produced in Anji County, Di Yi Di Shui Teahouse also sells famous tea in China with good quality. The tea leaves are carefully selected from all over China by professional examinators. In addition, Di Yi Di Shui Teahouse has researched and developed many kinds of Di Yi Di Shui private home tea on the basis of natural tea, the production of which is quite small. Di Yi Di Shui Teahouse has its unique way to make Anji white tea. They ladle the tea with Longquan celadon ware. In terms of packaging tea leaves, Di Yi Di Shui Teahouse sticks to the idea of being simple, elegant, environment-friendly, functional and beautiful. The raw material of the gift box is the bamboo veneer board produced locally. Di Yi Di Shui Teahouse aims to spread the unique feature of Zhejiang Province, which are the celadon and white tea.

The design and arrangement of Di Yi Di Shui Teahouse is an example of the harmonious combination of natural ecology and cultural ecology. According to the transitional Chinese philosophy, the focus is on the unity of heaven, earth and people. The entrance hall of Di Yi Di Shui Teahouse conveys a sense of steadiness, transparency and magnificence, and at the same time, it is also exquisite and elegant. The surface of the counter has massive wood grain. Old stone tables and stone benches lie casually, spreading a sense of freedom and emptiness. The sunshine goes through the glass rooftop, and spray on the lotus lake. A lot of fancy carps, big or small, are swimming in the water, happily.

Di Yi Di Shui Teahouse can also be used as a restaurant, book bar, Internet bar, meeting room, exhibition hall, calligraphy and traditional Chinese paining workshop and Buddhism lecture room. In its operation, Di Yi Di Shui Teahouse is rooted in green and healthy consumption, aiming to inherit and develop tea culture. In 2009, Di Yi Di Shui was listed in the top 100 teahouse in China in the year 2007 and the year 2008.
