Zhang Sheng Ji Restaurant（张生记）is an old restaurant in Hangzhou with a long history. It’s famous both at home and abroad, mainly serving authentic Hangzhou dishes. Its famous dish, stewed duck with dried bamboo shoots, boasts thick soup and tender meat. After ten years of development, there have been a number of chain restaurants in many cities, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Nanjing and Suzhou.
