Blue's is located at No. 100 Diduan Jie. This club attracts many people, including Harbin local people, Russians, Mongolians, Turks, Canadians, Brazilians, and Koreans. It is busy everyday especially on Friday nights. On every Friday night after 10:30pm this bar gets really crazy because that there will hold performances and about 80% of Harbin's international students will head out to Blues to take party. Also, at 11pm you could buy a bottle of Vodka with only 10RMB. And its nice environment makes many people chat, dance and stay there for hours. During the weekend, it's full of Chinese people, which makes many international students take this opportunity to learn Chinese culture and make friends with Chinese.
