It is a traditional dish made in the Huaimao Pickle Food Factory which has long history, early in the 10th year of the reign of Kangxi of Qing Dynasty it had already known for its fresh and fine taste. The Huaimao pickle is made by using the special pickle method. First choose vegetables of good quality and add some other materials like pignuts, almonds, walnut meat, shredded ginger and agar and so on to make various kinds of pickles. It is crisp, tender, not too salt or too sweet, pleasant to the taste and is a best appetizer.
