It is produced in Quzhou of Hebei province. It is made of three main materials, i.e. mung bean, soybean and winter wheat according to some certain ratio. They are grinded into power and put into the basin, mixed together with egg white and sesame oil, and then kneaded into the dough; after kneading over half an hour, it will become very soft and elastic done dough, which are rolled very thin by the rolling stick and cut into the noodles of even thickness; at last, they are divided according to their size  and become finished products, which are as thin as the hair, with yellowish color, and give out the fragrance of fruit after being cooked.
