The advantages of using a boiler are that its leak tightness is very good and it is easy to cook food. This dish adopts excellent game meats as its ingredients, such as, the meat of Baozi, the meat of berghaan, the meat of wild hare, winter bamboo shoots, mushroom and green pepper, which are put into a boiler to steam together. The dish has original taste and flavor, the soup is fresh and clear, the meat is easy to eat and it tastes mellow.
