Gezha Cake is a special local product of Yangyuan County. It has been one of the articles of tribute in the royal court of the Qing Dynasty. The cake uses choice materials and is made with sophisticated technology. The finished products are semitransparent round thin pancakes, golden yellow in color. The cake is sweet and crispy, with a special flavor.
