Yongqing Huji “grilled chicken” began its business as early as in the end of the Qing Dynasty. It has a history of over 100 years. It has been handed down for four generations. The secret recipe of traditional Chinese medicine is used to cook chicken. The chicken is always cooked until the fresh and the bones are separated but the shape of the chicken is complete. The grilled chicken is tender, delicious, and exquisite. It sells well in Beijing , Lanfang and its surrounding places. “Huji” is a famous trademark in Yongqing County.
