Such a restaurant is famous and popular for its characteristic dish--the little goose hot pot which is cooked with the goose, its byproducts, some seasonings and vegetables. It claims to be Qinhuangdao's outstanding dish full of local color. As we all know that goose is definitely a kind of green food with high protein and low fat. More improtantly, it is a valuble kind of food which do good to opeople's health. Since its foundation in 2005, the restaurant has become a familiar name to numerous people.
