It’s a well-known traditional dish of Tangshan, renowned as “The King of Smoked Chicken”. It takes the healthy live chicken weighing over 500 g as the main ingredient. First, kill and clean the chicken. Secondly, cook it with seasonings. Thirdly, smoke the cooked chicken. Finally, coat the smoked chicken with oil.
