Public Buses

Now, Tangshan has about 60 bus routes, most of which are automated collection lines. Bus No. 8, 9, 10, 11 and others cost from 1 RMB to 2.5 RMB according to the number of stops. Bus No. 24 passes the railway station.

Taxis

Tangshan has two kinds of taxis, minibus and cab.

Minibus fare starts at 5 RMB for the first 5 km, and is 1.2 RMB per extra km. Every 5 minutes of idling is charged as equal as the fare of 0.5 km. After 10 km, the base fare is increased by 50％.

Cab fare starts at 5 RMB for the first 2 km. After 12 km, the base fare is increased by 0.8 RMB per km.
