This manor explores an area of 3000 acres, with 180,000 individual plants of trees. It brings in 116 famous, high quality, special and rare breeds and adopts the planting patterns of interplant: the interplant between forest and medicine, the interplant between forest and grasses as well as the interplant between forest and fruit. It builds fishing dais and swimming pool in the light of touring and sightseeing, and thus has explored a brand-new way for the regulation of the agricultural structure in hilly regions all over the county and helped the farmers get rich. The manor is to be enlarged to 5000 acres and to be increased year by year. It aims to become the largest agricultural model garden in the aspect of science and technology in northern China.
