Its ingredients are lean meat mixed with fresh eggs, standard green gram, starch, ginger shreds and sesame oil in proper proportion. Then it’s cased for sausages. Moreover, it’s cooked in seasoned soup, smoked on sawdust until it becomes purplish red. Dorbed its covering with sesame oil, it smells fragrant without the smell of raw meat.
