Chansi Duck Egg is one of the three treasures of Qi River in Hebi City and is produced in a certain water area along the bank of Qi River. When it is done, it represents the color of yellowish red and, you will find different color circles winding around the centers from outside to the inside when cut it, so they call it Chansi Egg (winding circle egg) which has clear grain and the taste of meat and is fresh and delicious.
