Bamboo Rice Tube

Five Color Glutinous Rice
This dish is the traditional food of Zhuang Nationality. To prepare this dish, you should first steam the glutinous rice and then soak the rice with various vegetable juices to make it look red, yellow, black, purple and white. The flavor of the five-color glutinous rice is as marvelous as its appearance with its natural fragrance and appeal people’s appetite without any doubt.
Nandan Sugar Tsamba
To prepare this dish, you need to prepare the superior glutinous rice and make it to flour. Then, put the brown sugar and ginger into the boiling water with oil to make the mellow ginger-sugar water. When the water is cooled, knead dough until it could be made into different shapes. Then, apply a lay of dried lotus leaves on the steamer and lay the glutinous dough on it. Remember to wrap the dough with the leaves carefully. Afterwards, steam the whole dish for 4-5 hours. The sugar tsamba can be edible after cooled off. A few minute roast will make the stiffen tsamba back to the marvelous flavor.
