The scientific name of Feilong is hazel grouse. Generally speaking, it is about 300 to 450 grams. The well developed chest weighs about the half of the whole grouse. The flesh of Feilong is fine, smooth and delicate. It has ever been tribute in Qing Dynasty enjoyed by the emperor only.
