Bingga is also called the “ Ice Monkey” or “ Ice Top”. It’s made of wood or ice. It’s a children’s toy, big in the middle and pointed at both ends. It is similar to the top. People put it in a headstand on the ice ground and then whip it. It circumrotates quickly, buzzing. It’s very interesting. Bingga is a kind of folk game played on the ice in Harbin.
