“Talaka” is a delicious food in the fish feast of the Hezhe ethnic group. First, get the thick meat of the back of a living crucian, then cut the meat into fine slices. Put it into the rice vinegar until the color of the meat turn into white. At last, take the vinegar out and mix the meat with mashed garlic, caraway, etc. This cuisine is fresh and tender, tasty and refreshing.
