It was originally called Dashi Pavilion, over 20 meters in height. It is a high-platform and pavilion-like building, covered with glazed facing tiles on the top. There are slate guard rails on which the patterns of lions are carved surrounding the pavilion, and there are about one-meter sculptured ornamentations on the base of the pavilion. The relief sculpture of flying dragons is delicate and life-like. The characters in the fresco in the inner side of the pavilion are vivid and of great worth.
