It is the place that Xibo Marquis Jichang was in captivity, and he also wrote a book-Zhouyi here.

The site is 106 meters long from north to south and 103 meters wide from east to west, occupying an area of 10,918 square meters. The existing buildings are: Wen Emperor Temple, Yanyifang, Yanyi Platform, etc. Yanyifang is a bluestone memorial arch on the southern end of the Platform of the city, engraved three regular script big Chinese characters “Tianyifang”. There are two stone tablets. The stone tablet in the west was engraved six big Chinese characters “Wen Emperor of the Zhou Dynasty, Youli City”, and the stone in the east was engraved “YuBei”.
