It was made by Jiang Liancheng (another name is Lao bi) in the Southern Street in the town and it has lasted for more than 200 years.Jiang Braised Chicken of Yixing is tender and soft. It is best both in color and taste and is cheap and fine.It was both famous with the Zhang braised chicken of Yixing in Daokou but now its quantity sold are among all the products in the whole country.
