Jiaying Temple is 12 kilometers southeast of Wuzhi County, Jiaozuo City with an area of 9.3 square kilometers. It was built in the first year of Emperor Yongzheng in Qing Dynasty (1723A.D.), and its architecture style is similar to that of the building group of Beijing Palace. It is on a large scale with many scenic spots, such as Imperial Tablet Pavilion, God of Wind Palace, God of Rain Palace, and King of Yu Hall, etc. Imperial Tablet Pavilion looks like the imperial crown of Qing Dynasty (1616 - 1911A.D.). It is sumptuous and gorgeous since the tablet is bronze outside and metal inside with 24 dragons twining on it and licorne as its foundation. The epitaph is written by Emperor Yongzheng (1723 - 1736A.D.) and it is delicately made. Thus, it is called as “the Best Copper Tablet in China” and regarded as the national treasure.
