Luoyang Cultural Tourism Festival, as a grand meeting of Luoyang culture, is celebrated from September 15th to September 19th in Luoyang every year. The opening ceremony is held in sports center of Luoyang newly developed area. In the opening ceremony, visitors can feast their eyes on various exotic performances from France, the UK, Brazil and many other countries. During the festival, there are a variety of characteristic activities integrating tourism, culture, sports and trade, such as Funiu Mountain Autumn Leaves Festival, Longtan Canyon rock climbing competition and Autumn Peony Show.
