Sheqisanfen is the name of bean noodles, Fenpi (sheet jelly made from been or sweet potato starch) and bean powder which are made in Sheqi County. Therefore, Sheqi County is honored as the home of Sanfen. The bean noodles here are as thin as threads; the Fenpi is as thin as paper-sheet and the bean powder is white and smooth. They are widely accepted by people.
