Languo Dish is a kind of chowder, meticulously done, which combines ancient cuisine with the modern. It was conferred “uniquely flavored Lushan dishes” by the Cuisine Association in Henan Province. The ingredients are mainly pork, tofu, vermicelli, a vegetable called Juecai and vegetables in season, which form the unique flavored dinner. The pork is the rib well--selected from the pigs raised in the country, fragrant and tender. Tofu is oil-stewed, yellow outside and white inside. Vermicelli has a good taste. Wanzi is made of bone pork mixed with sweet potatoes, fried and tasting crisp. Juecai is crisp and tender, too.
