Sanlang-Temple beef, dating back to Song Dynasty, flourishing in Qing Dynasty, was a well-known and aged tribute beef. Beef well-chosen from the Jia County produced red cow, one of the eight good--specie cow varieties in China, is pickled or cured in the water from Jade Spring with the natural plant spice. So the beef looks fresh and tastes tender and savory but not greasy, enjoyed by both the young and the old. It is healthy food of high grade and famed as “the king of beef”.
