Feature: CiBa is a traditional food of Xinyang, mainly popular with people in ShangCheng, Xin Xian , HuangChuan and Guangshan. CiBa could be cooked, or be roasted, be fried. During the period of Spring Festival, it is the best way to greet your friends and relatives with a bowl of well-cooked Ciba with eggs. Given some stuffing, the fried and roasted CiBa will be extremely flagrant and delicious.
