Lokman Restaurant, Hetian

Lokman Restaurant is the best restaurant in Hetian town which provides Uyghur food with a menu in English, Uyghur and Chinese. It is not only a restaurant but also has a bakery counter and sell bottled pomegranate juice. The polo (primitively means eating with fingers), rice dish with lamb and vegetables and the Langman( a dish of hand-pulled noodles) are its most famous dishes.
