The Night Market of Hetian is in the south of Unity Square. It is the busiest Night market in Hetian. In this market, there are so many stalls which provide quite a variety of delicious foods and snacks and fruits like Kebabs (kewap in Uyghur), nut candies, noodles, roast chicken, roast lamb, sheep-head soup, water melons, Hami melons and so on. You don't needn any menu, just pick up what you want and the vendors will cook for you.
